$3,500.00 flat fee. A registered patent practitioner on our team reviews the examiner's rejections and objections, prepares claim amendments and arguments, and files your response with the USPTO. USPTO fees, such as extension of time fees, are billed separately at cost.

Thirty-day deadline. Patent application office action responses must be submitted to Front Range Legal Services at least 30 days before the response due date stated in the office action. We reserve the right to refund or reject any request submitted after that time.
