Is an attorney involved in my online filing?
Yes. An attorney at Front Range Legal Services prepares your filing, sends it to you to review, and files it once you approve.
Are government fees included in the price?
No. Prices shown are our attorney fees. USPTO fees are billed at cost, and the $50 Colorado Secretary of State fee for an LLC is shown separately at checkout.
Does ordering online make me a client?
You become our client for a service once we accept your order and confirm the engagement in writing. Using the website or submitting a form alone does not create an attorney-client relationship. See our Terms of Service.
What if my matter is more complex?
If your filing needs more work than the flat fee covers, we will tell you and quote any additional fee before we do the work. You can also book a video consultation first.
Ready when you are.

Prices are attorney fees in U.S. dollars and may change. Government fees are billed at cost unless stated otherwise. Credit card payments may include a surcharge of up to 3%, never more than our cost of acceptance. Debit card payments are never surcharged.
