$264.00 total: $199 for our service plus the $65 U.S. Copyright Office filing fee. It includes:

  • An attorney review of your answers for accuracy, completeness, and common mistakes before anything is filed
  • Preparation of your Standard Application, sent to you to review and approve
  • Electronic filing with the U.S. Copyright Office, including uploading your copy of the work
  • Status updates in your client portal, and your certificate of registration when the Copyright Office issues it

How it works: answer the questions (about 10 minutes), approve the application we prepare, and we file it for you.

Have your work handy. You will need the title, the year it was finished, whether and when it was published, and who created it. You can upload a copy at the end, or later in your client portal.
