The prices on this page are attorney and agent fees. Fees charged by the USPTO, the U.S. Copyright Office, and the Colorado Secretary of State are separate unless a service says otherwise, and we pass them through at exactly what the agency charges.
USPTO fees depend on your entity size. Small entities and micro entities pay reduced patent fees. For current amounts, see the USPTO fee schedule.
Questions? Answers.
Are government filing fees included in your prices?
No. Our prices are attorney and agent fees. USPTO, U.S. Copyright Office, and Colorado Secretary of State fees are billed at cost, unless a service says otherwise. The USPTO trademark application fee is $350 per class.
What is the difference between rush and standard?
Rush pricing means we prioritize your matter and prepare it on the shorter timeline shown, such as 48 hours for a search or one week for a patent application. Rush pricing speeds up our work, not the agency’s review.
Should I choose hourly, flat fee, or subscription billing?
Flat fees work best for defined projects such as filings and formations. Hourly billing fits matters with an uncertain scope, such as negotiations or disputes. A monthly subscription fits businesses that need ongoing contract work and on-call advice.
Can I get a quote for something not listed?
Yes. Contact us with a short description of your matter and we will recommend a billing option and give you a quote before any work begins.
Not sure which option fits?
Book a video consultation with an attorney, or send us a note and we will recommend the right approach for your matter.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. Your price is confirmed in writing before work begins. Prices are attorney and agent fees only, and government fees are billed at cost unless stated otherwise. Credit card payments may include a surcharge of up to 3%, never more than our cost of acceptance. Debit card payments are never surcharged. See our Terms of Service.
