Colorado intellectual property attorney John Arsenault was recently interviewed by Denver FOX affiliate KDVR about the legal difficulties of having revenge porn removed from the internet. Finding how extensive the content may have proliferated can sometimes be surprising. But, even with knowledge of who to ask and how to have content removed that may be in violation of state revenge porn laws, the results are never guaranteed. However, depending on the person’s individual circumstances it may be worth a try to see if content can be removed and if so how challenging of an endeavor it might be.
